- Player-Manager Steve Parker-Billinge says: “It’s been a good start to the pre-season programme, in which we have really built on all the great news off the pitch. We now showing signs of playing to a pattern to match the coaching style. The lads – the established players, the 16-23 year olds in the Elite Programme and new signings – have all begun to adapt well to how we intend to play. There’s still plenty more work to be done before the season starts in three weeks’ time, but I am very happy with our progress thus far”.
